We source Arabica beans from Venezuela’s select farms and cooperatives. At our facilities, carefully selected beans are transformed into coffee or delivered as green coffee beans to professional buyers around the world.

The journey of coffee does not begin at the factory, but with the dedication of the people who grow it. Farms and cooperatives across different regions of Venezuela form the first and most valuable link in this journey. We source our Arabica beans from quality farms and cooperatives throughout Venezuela. In our selection process, we consider farms that cultivate beans with distinctive characteristics and specialize in unique production methods. Because the region where coffee is grown, the care given by the producer, and the post-harvest process all shape the quality and character of the bean.

Different regions of Venezuela produce high-quality Arabica beans capable of achieving high cupping scores. For us, this diversity represents an opportunity to go beyond a uniform product. The beans we source are assessed at our facilities and selected according to their intended use. Some are used in the production of our Café Madrid, Café El Peñón, and Fama de América brands. Products offered as green coffee beans form part of our B2B operations serving roasters, coffee producers, and professional buyers in different countries around the world.
